I felt them straight away playing PS4 on my TV with them. They significantly reduce the stress caused by the television light. They also help with computer screens. I wear them most of the time even when I'm not looking at the screen and even though I only got them a few days ago. They are lightweight and comfortable so they don't slide down like regular heavy glasses. Their size makes them even more effective as they cover a larger illuminated area and block wind movement near the eye, keeping the eyes hydrated. When you try them for the first time, you may have an odd sensation that makes you think they're giving you a headache, but that's because your eyes are getting used to the new light waves. There's a slight glare in the eyes (you can see the glare in your eyes), but you can ignore it if you try and it's unnoticeable in a well-lit room. The design is ok, I like black and metallic dark red (pink is good for girls) and I feel like I can wear them outside but not the others. I was hoping this would allow me to choose which design I would like. That being said, they all do what is most important (block harmful light), so I would heartily recommend them for those suffering from eye fatigue from viewing screens.
