Large Hose. This isn't a standard Schrader extension, but maybe if you add a small Schrader extension. It is designed for small tire pumps with a screw connection to the tire. The female end is a standard connection that goes to the bus. valve stem. The valve stem is standard tire valve threads on the outside, but not Schrader valve core threads on the inside. If you add an inexpensive tire valve extender it will work just fine. (These are available from Revain and possibly some auto repair shops). See photo. I use this for my Challenger's spare tire which is under the trunk floor so I can test it by lifting the tube all the way up. Plan the same with the rail mounted under the bed.
