Review on ArkssHR by Julian Perkins

I like that it has all of my employee data in one place, so its easy to see where they are at with their training needs or if there were any issues during an HR interview process. It can be difficult sometimes when you have multiple people working within your organization who use different systems (or none). One person would create something using Excel while another was creating things from scratch without ever having used ARKS prior! This helped me streamline our onboarding processes as well by allowing us to track each new hire throughout his/her career path through Arks instead of doing this manually.
