Lamps themselves are fun little things when they work. The light is bright for such a small device and their magnetism makes them useful in many contexts (closets, sheds, offices). However, as seen in many reviews, the build quality is poor and the customer service is lacking. . One of my lamps arrived broken so it won't turn off. If it is charged, it lights up regardless of the switch position. No matter what I do, it won't turn off. The other light seems to work fine, although I haven't really tested the motion sensor. With a formal email the seller replied to my first email and that was it. Apart from the original copy/paste answer which had nothing to do with my problem, they didn't answer at all. This is not a company worth doing business with, especially if it's not a particularly cheap item. Others have noticed this issue where the lights won't turn off and they don't seem to get an answer either. not for money. I think it's time to try another manufacturer.
