The first one ordered was dead. It's fine. I ordered a new one with no problems. The second one I received I wore for 8 days. During that time, I realized that I didn't like the app, it didn't track my swims as expected, it skipped some of my steps, and the list goes on. The clasp is really cool but I felt like it kept falling off until I finally lost my nearly $200 device on the subway because I was taking off my jacket! Oh! I was so disappointed in this product overall. It doesn't connect to other hardware like other cool products. The times are difficult to read and the display is not very intuitive. The only plus of the product is the sleep tracking. It shows you how long you actually sleep and shows you the quality of your sleep. I really liked the display in the app.
