Don't worry - kitchen and dining room
Bought this before a catering event to help chop cheese, cabbage and carrots. The depth of the grater is too shallow, it just glides over the veggies, basically squeezing the juice out of whatever you try to grate through. There definitely needs to be more blades and deeper blades to do this job efficiently. The grater itself was very easy to assemble, store and clean, and returning it was a breeze. I was hoping for a better result.
