I bought this mouse and a day after taking it out of the box two buttons on the right side were broken. Sent back for a replacement and the new one had the same issue before I took it out of the box. Second change? The same thing. Drivers are okay (although inferior to the previous "LCore" software), ergonomics and haptics are solid, battery life is okay. But the build quality on them is terrible, and I have no doubt that the rest of the buttons will break in no time. Do not contact Logitech customer service - they will just tell you to send it back.
