I like that it's easy to use, the customer service is great, and they are always willing to help when needed! It has been so helpful for my team at work because we can now see what our margin looks like on each order before placing an estimate or final price quote. The only thing that I dislike about this software is that sometimes if there is too much activity going through the system, it takes a few minutes to load up and be able to access all of the tabs/features. This isn't usually something that happens often but just make sure that you have enough space left on your computer hard drive to run everything smoothly.
