Thicker, stronger cables that sacrifice versatility.

I really like these cables. Thicker and stronger than most tape. I use them for deadlifts and chest/fly presses. You can also push backwards and play with different angles by clamping them high or low in the door frame. Overall, this was the home machine that best mimics a real gym because of the heavier cords and the unique feel of each cord being independent of the other. They make cable runs near cable machines and I'm happy with that. I've been lifting for 10 years so the 50lb option is easy and I have to take about 20 breaks to burn myself so I'll be using the 100lb option again. that you can really only use it for a few things. It is not advisable to use it for leg exercises. It's so long that it's difficult to use it for biceps. Pulling it down over the head is not really possible due to the length of the cable. But since both the handle itself and the cable feel comfortable, I am satisfied despite the lack of versatility.
