Review on Rit Dye Liquid Fabric 8 Ounce by Heather Shaw

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews but the color worked great for my purposes. I dyed two pairs of white jeans because buying them was cheaper and easier than finding the right color. I followed the instructions on the RIT website, following the method of how to do this in a sink or bucket. I boiled the water to get it hot and added salt as recommended. The wine color came very close to the color on the bottle, although I left the jeans in the color for about an hour as recommended for the darkest color. I also dyed a pair of light blue jeans; They didn't get that dark, but they took on a nice red/purple hue. All in all it was a pretty easy process and I would recommend just using the paint in a basin in the sink and boiling the water. I washed the jeans right after they were dyed so the washing machine would wring them out as it was too difficult to squeeze all the water out of the heavy jeans. Using it on white jeans definitely worked.
