The sliding rear window on my son's truck dripped heavily when it rained, to the point that puddles formed on the ground. The previous owner glued the window in place and it's going to cost us a fortune to fix it because they have to cut it out. I did a little research and saw a video of a man using this product to drain rainwater from the tail light of his truck because it leaked the same way. I applied this just above the rear window, following the curve and widening it a few inches to allow water to enter the gutter and run away from the window. I have to say that it worked very well. Not perfect, but good enough to only miss a few drops of water as we went through the car wash. He has a white truck so it's not that noticeable unless that's what you're looking for. Just in case I used what I left above the third brake light. The only issue I really encountered was the grip when I had to turn it around a corner. Part of it was my fault. I applied it on a very hot day and I could almost feel the glue melt a little. I shadowed the truck for a few minutes and held the corners for a minute and finally it stopped.
