I'm a size 8.5 and the shoe fits but is still very loose. I tightened the laces as tight as I could, but that didn't help. I tried wearing them 4 times to go running and the first time was better than all the others but still not great. It felt like walking on solid ground. And if I wasn't wearing long socks, the tongue on the back drove me crazy. Some may love it, I don't
