Love it! My chi gland was at least ten years old and I didn't realize how bad it was until the plate fell off. Here I took the risk of not buying a new Chi and it was worth it. It's comfortable for your hand. You control the heat and the guide will help you find the right level and the display will let you know when you get there. The iron has a good width so it can be pulled up if needed. My hair is much shinier and requires a lot less effort than before. Can't recommend enough for the price.
