Review on VIJIV by Mike Donathan

I made a buy from VIJIV not too long ago, and I'm sad to report that I'm not happy with either the product or the service. The garment I ordered did not match the image on the website, and the fabric was thin and poorly made. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and rude when I attempted to return the item, and they showed no interest in helping me solve the problem. The fact that the shoes I purchased did not meet my expectations only added insult to injury. They were poorly constructed, so they quickly became unwearable. I tried to get in touch with the business to request a refund or a replacement, but they didn't respond. Neither my email nor my phone messages have been returned. In general, I would not suggest VIJIV to anyone in search of high-quality apparel, footwear, or accessories. The quality of their goods is low, and they provide no assistance to their buyers. Don't go through the hassle; go elsewhere.
