I really liked these measuring cups and spoons. They are very well made of high quality material. I would only give the scoops 5 stars. I like their design, feel and balance. They stack together very well to stay together in the box. I particularly like the longer handles on the larger condiment and condiment jars. It is very convenient to add a leveler to the measuring spoons, especially in baking when accurate measurements are required. It would be really nice if the leveler was a bit bigger and longer so it could be used with measuring cups too. Measuring cups are heavier than many others and the design allows them to be conveniently folded for storage. The hard, flat bottom makes them very stable on the counters and holding the ingredients. The handles of the cups are heavy and will not bend when the cups are full. However, the handles are so short that they are uncomfortable to hold even when the cups are empty. When the measuring cups are filled with ingredients, the extra weight combined with the short handles throws them off balance. Not only are they impractical, but they're also difficult to hold securely, making it difficult to transfer ingredients without spilling. These would be 5 star measuring cups and would be a pleasure to use if the handles were just an inch or so longer. They are aesthetically pleasing and very well made, but lack the functionality I need in measuring cups. So if only measuring cups are considered I would only give them 1 star.
