Our family loves jalapeño poppers (ratons) and this rack is perfect for storing all ingredients and cooking evenly. Be EXTREMELY careful when washing! Soak in soapy water to dissolve the grease before washing. I cut my finger so badly I had to have stitches. Even circled holes are sharp. I read the reviews but thought it was only a handful of people who mentioned how spicy the bar was. I think they're all like that - or I was one of the unlucky customers. Anyway, this stand does what it's supposed to, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.
