I have been familiar with Philips household appliances since childhood, and I have always been satisfied. I bought everything in different networks, like MVideo, etc. This time I succumbed to the temptation of the official Philips online store and bought this machine as a gift. Apparently Philips makes great home appliances like TVs etc, but clippers are not their thing. The result is disgusting. Perhaps they sold it at a discount (about 30%), since the goods are not liquid and I was lucky to become the owner of this defective product. When contacting the return service, I was clearly informed that this product is a personal care product and cannot be returned. I asked to write exactly the refusal and when I applied, I will contact Rospotrebnadzor to investigate this case, I also warned the employee who wrote the refusal.
