I have nothing bad to say about this apron but the question is will your child wear this apron. Do you really need an apron? Maybe you have an old t-shirt, maybe you just don't care (and neither do we) as the colors are washable and our son really isn't too dirty. Our son was about 2 1/2 when he received this with an easel and paint set. He wore it for about 5 minutes. He might like it when he's a little older, but by then he'll probably get used to not wearing it anymore. Bad Education? Not really. Just a child who enjoys drawing and sometimes has his own opinion. Made up for (like other Melissa & Doug products) but not used as much as we expected. You could save a few dollars.
