UPDATE: I struggled the first try but have found my way getting into it easier now. I make sure it and I are very dry before trying to put it on. It does make you sweat and I am now happy with the size so I bumped it up to 4 stars.I bought a medium cause I'm not that big to begin with but how ridicules I must looking trying to get this over my body, lol. It was a complete struggle and I have to have help getting it off. It is tighter on my chest than my stomach. I should have gotten an extra large. I actually should have bought one that zips but zippers get bothersome and leave marks which is why I wanted to try this. If you are large, PLEASE buy it very large. It sticks to your skin instantly and it is a workout just getting it on.
