Used it for a few weeks until the keyboard stopped working and jumped around in various places in the text when typing. I contacted the manufacturer 3 times with an initial response but took no further action when their first suggestion didn't solve the problem. About 4 months after purchase, the part holding the iPad broke rendering the device unusable. Edit: Artek contacted me and said they would replace or refund the item and asked me to reply and let them know what I prefer. I answered. They have sent this email SIX times in the last 1-2 months, all of which I have replied to. So far no action on your part. I hope to get a refund with this change.
