The package arrived quickly! Well protected and with instructions, long HDMI and VGA cable. The memory card stuck out a bit in transit, so there were no games when I turned it on. The seller quickly contacted me and offered to put it back (sometimes this happens with vibrations during delivery). Indeed it was a small problem that was quickly resolved. The system is well built and has 2500 games, 50 or more of which are 3D games. All the classics and more! Only one game was unplayable (NBA live game). The player did not move when commanded to move the joystick. I've searched a lot for Revain and this is the best value for money. Money well spent and I have a feeling this system will last a while if taken care of. Excellent customer support, product as described and a list of games that is easy to navigate and find.
