Seems to be holding up well so far. I didn't take it on hikes and it was very hot to go outside. I didn't expect it to be that hard with my camera. I honestly don't think I can walk him for more than an hour. Maybe I need to learn how to minimize my camera even more. It's also very heavy without bottled water, snacks, flashlight, etc., but there's definitely room for everything. I currently use a Neewer camera bag to store my lenses and camera body so buying a real insert for this backpack can really help keep the overall weight down. I appreciate the adjustable straps, I'm just a little concerned about how well the velcro will hold up to adjust the strap. Until you let me down I really like the quality of the waterproof zippers, I feel like they won't let me down if I'm stuck in the rain for a while. The big feature I do NOT like is that the large zippered main front pocket doesn't have the wide opening that I would have liked. This makes it a bit awkward to clearly see what's in there. But I don't think there was anything better than what I was looking for. I still absolutely love this backpack and can't wait to take it with me on my adventures.
