Replaced a part in my 2008 Saturn Outlook after receiving GM code P1516 (TAC Module) and reducing vehicle performance. After getting this code a few times, cleaning the throttle body and spraying the connector it doesn't take long for it to happen again so I figured it was time to just replace the throttle body. Great item at a great price. It's only been a few days, but so far so good. Definitely works better. Hopefully this will also eliminate the harsh shifting and will generate code P0700 on rare occasions when the car refuses to go over 30/40 mph.
