It's easy to use for both clients as well as our team at work! I love that it is accessible from any device (mobile or computer). Also very customizable with different themes available - we've been able pull this off in other platforms but not always so easily here since you have limited options sometimes compared to others out there like Google Analytics/ampscript etc.. Our goal has primarily just become more organized overall through better tracking of referrals which helps us see where people are coming into business via social media channels vs website traffic ><.
