When I received my package, the ties on the box were already torn and the box was broken on both sides. I opened the box and took out small pieces. Almost every piece had lots of black scratches and dirt .Maybe it stands out more because I have the pink one but it really doesn't look very new to me as the functions and sounds on the panel work well and my daughter loves returning it so I recommend you to take a good look at it before using it.
