The easiest way to make a custom and reconfigurable connector

This was the easiest way I could find to make a custom feedback connector - not for RS-232 but for a other application that requires specific pins to be connected, but the presence of a small flat-blade screwdriver made it easy to install the four connectors, taking less than five minutes from opening the box to plugging it into the device.
