This little tool should not be missing in the kitchen! It is well designed, easy to use and accurate. I love love LOVE that I can just stick this thing in any meat I cook and Will is perfect every time! No more dried poultry or overcooked roasts! I love the magnetic feature that allows me to place the probe on the fridge next to the oven and stick the probe right into the meat - easy! It also works great on the grill outside. The design is very well thought out. It fits my hand well and the backlight makes it easy to read. I like that it has two probes for different purposes. The wired probe is great for continuous readings in the oven or grill, and the included probe is great for stovetop or quick measurements of items from the oven. Also a bonus for me, it comes in red! I love that it fits in my kitchen! The only thing that was difficult was reading the instructions that were in the box. The writing is sooooo small, it was difficult for me to read on the phone without magnification. I just want the print direction to be shown in a larger font. However, the product itself is amazing.
