Review on J Henckels International Cutting by Amber Marie

I decided it was time to replace my beloved but old and badly worn chopping boards. Since I love kitchen utensils so much, I was curious to see what was new in this category. However, I soon became frustrated and disappointed with my purchases and had to return the cutting boards because they were of poor quality, just didn't work and were even dangerous. Then I saw 3 pieces. Cutting board A set of Henckel cutting boards, including this one, in stock. I was afraid of being disappointed again so it took me several weeks of numerous visits before I finally made a purchase! I tried them and fell in love immediately! The boards look great and are well made, very sturdy with good weight and thickness. The most important and excellent safety feature is that the boards grip the rack and do not move during use. The surface is firm yet textured, which is another key safety feature that grips food and is especially important when chopping or slicing tough vegetables. They also fit very well in my vertical chalkboard and baking sheet cabinet. I can only recommend this great cutting board.
