Excellent Customer Engagement and Collaboration Tool

The ability to create rules that allows me to control/track everything at one place instead of having different applications for each service (call center, email etc.). I can monitor all my customer's communications through this tool which is great if you wish to have visibility over your entire enterprise. It does not allow some features such as being able to set up an alert when certain keywords are used in emails or call logs but overall it has enabled us to manage our contact centers effectively with ease.

  • The best thing is that it allows us to monitor all our customer's communications

  • It's not able to do the most basic task, which is to send emails and track the calls
