The ability to use all of our account's leads as well as manage multiple accounts in one dashboard is amazing! Nothing, it has been easy for us to navigate with this platform. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at lead management services! This tool allows us to better understand where we need to be focused when using other tools like Hubspot or Marketo. Having access to so many CRM platforms can sometimes feel overwhelming but not here- they do an excellent job keeping you informed about each part of your program while managing your day-to-day needs simultaneously. They are always open to questions via email and if there is something going on in my area that may affect me (ie. client issues), I am notified quickly. Great communication from them every step of the way. Their support staff is exceptional. Sometimes things go wrong with any software/service you purchase, however they were very knowledgeable.
