Small stream setting. I can't afford "professional" flashlights so I gave these a try. To my surprise, they work fantastically. I managed to use the front light at height and the second as a fill at a different angle and with less power. The light head ball adjustment is a metal ball in a plastic socket. The plastic is threaded and this is how you lock it. A metal screw can easily strip plastic threads if the locking screw is overtightened. Overall they do what I need for the money until I can afford nicer lighting or I never need an upgrade.
