I like how you can easily find out which people are more important than others by using this software, i also think it's easy for users to use because its very user friendly with all kindof features such as flow visualization etc.. nothing really! but if there was any thing then would be better customer support could help us when we have questions or issues about our workflows they don't seem too helpful at times so maybe try get some expert advice from someone who knows what your doing before trying something new? Flow analysis has helped me understand my customers' business processes even though their data set isn’t big enough yet (just 5 clients). I like that the process is really easy to use and the interface is very clear and easy to navigate. It is also very flexible. The downside is that it is not free. I would like to have a free version of the software for people who want to get started but don't have the budget for a more advanced version. I am solving problems of process execution and monitoring. I am solving problems that I had to face before using ProM.
