I like that it has many options for different types of clients within each plan but also offers free plans as well! Some things are confusing at first glance so be sure you know what your looking through before jumping into purchasing software because some features may not work 100% right away if they don't match up with how someone is used too or just isn;t familiar w/them yet (examples being social media integration). Also makes taking screenshots easier than previous applications we've been using which was very important when dealing directly withe customer service team via chat feature - having all info displayed together helps build trust faster &ampgothat way communication can go smoothly without needing additional emails back&ndashand forth etc..
