Since Burton is a historical starting point for manufacturing and building 'snowboards' from the '70s, I was a bit reluctant to add to the apparel line as they aren't is a well-known (me) part of their product line. I have two pairs of mid-top sneakers and two pairs of ski socks. These are the most comfortable, warmest (no need to wear pads), moisture wicking and stay in place socks I've ever had. After giving up winter skiing and outdoor activities, I wear them to take the pup with me on hikes, under pants for running in the cold and with warmer outerwear for fitness while running and with hiking boots in very hot weather when camping . Get two pairs for the price knowing they'll be as fresh out of the wash as they came out of the box. I also tested drying by the fireplace in winter: all moisture was quickly removed, there was no smell and they were ready the next day.
