Review on πŸ›Œ ENJOHOS 3PCs Oversize Bedspread King: Reversible & Luxurious Quilt Coverlet for King/Cal King Bed - Grey by Flip Shaw

Pattern goes wrong

I ordered this king size comforter because it was advertised as too big and I'm tired of my bedspreads barely fitting when I receive them and then didn't fit at all after washing. Well it runs a bit big and it still fits after a wash, but unfortunately it only fits one way, with the medallion design and the quilting lines running side to side, not top to bottom like that it is the case with every product. Painting. The product description, supplemented by explanatory photos, speaks of pillowcases and pillowcases only, offered in the new version, which appears to be a medallion and quilted from top to bottom, and the "old version" that of a quilted side to side. side, and since you couldn't decide which one to get, the premise was that if you're worried about getting old-style cushions, don't order them, but I wasn't really worried about which direction to quilt on the pillow pad ran because I rarely use it, but I was very concerned about the direction of the quilting on the bedspread itself. Since the quilt design was only shown top-down and not mentioned in the warning, I figured I could order safely. Obviously not. Now I have this stupid blanket that looks like I put it on the bed the wrong way round. Trust me I've tried both ways and this is the only way that works. I don't know what universe the manufacturer thinks anyone would want the design to work sideways in, it looks ridiculous. That issue aside, this is a cute blanket overall. It comes vacuum packed so you will need to wash it quite a bit on arrival to smooth out the vacuum sealed creases, but it washes off easily and comes out wrinkle free and very pretty. It's thin, super thin, and the quilting isn't quilting, it's embossed quilting, so it doesn't look particularly expensive, but it's well made. The fabric is all polyester but is soft to the touch and has a very slight sheen. As I said at the beginning of my review it is a bit oversized leaving decent room on the sides and also fits well top to bottom with a nice overhang at the bottom. They should fit on a king size pillow with a very stuffed look. The fun part is... my pillowcases came in a 'new version' lol, with the design top down, opposite my comforter. What an irony. I want to love this blanket but I just can't get past the design issue. For this reason I cannot recommend it for purchase.
