I got the 6mm length with a 3mm stone and it fits my Monroe piercing perfectly. That being said I had to go to a professional to have it installed as it fit my face what I wanted. But this is a new piercing so maybe it's just my lack of knowledge on how to do it. I'm pretty sure now that I have it I can get medical clamps and change the color of the gem if I want. And since this is a new piercing I haven't had any problems with irritation around the piercing so the product is excellent quality. I love that you have so many different colors to choose from. Highly recommended.
