I like using this software because it is easy to use, very user friendly interface that makes creating your models fast and efficient compared with other programs such as Autocad or Solidworks (also great for AutoCAD).

The tool set can be limited but if you know what tools are available in bimsmith then its not an issue at all. Try out demo version first before purchasing product since there might some issues during setup process of program. With this solution we create model which will help us understand how building should look when finished so that client knows exactly where they need work done upon completion.
