ordered for my daughter for Halloween. My daughter has a long but thin foot. She usually wears a toddler size 10 which is my first time ordering and they were too big. I returned a size 10 and ordered a size 9 and they were still too big. They flapped up and down her legs, but we made sure they worked. The shoes are very cute although they are good quality for the price.
