Cable broke on first use. The second use the walls loosen and the nails fall out lol. I think for what it's worth it has two uses. I had to reinforce all the wood with screws. I have to say that a set of 12 gauge guitar strings works a lot better than the inferior wires you get from the company. Even if you update the product yourself, it's actually quite nice. Use JUST FOR ME 2 times before upgrading the product. This is not a general statement, maybe someone has better material. MY objective opinion as written above. In general the product does what it is supposed to do. Makes your soap smooth, very easy to use except for minor flaws in the quality of the product. Thank you for the product and maybe if you use some screws instead of a nail gun the product will last longer. As for the wire, I'd say it's better to use a sharper, hard aluminum alloy cutter. Who knows.
