I realized I was in trouble when I opened the box in front of my wife. She said it looked so relaxing. We both played with it, but she was the one who decided to wear it all day! Setup was easy and the instructions were clear. At first I thought I needed to charge it, but it came fully charged. I then read the instructions. Basically you have three settings: Heat/No Heat, Vibration and Mode. Mode was key. The pads vibrated when worn, but my wife showed me the "mode" button on the remote to enhance the massage. Why do I like this one? 1. Size - This device fits around the neck without interfering with movements. Some of the units I considered were the size of a vest. Too bulky! 2. Settings. It has settings to make your neck and head feel completely relaxed with adjustable mode and intensity settings on the remote. Many of the ones I looked at didn't have all the settings this one had. 3rd prize. I wouldn't pay a lot of money for a neck massager. This price is right. The only problem I have to take away from my wife! I highly recommend this device.
