We are using it to run our marketing automation platform (which is in house). It's been great so far! They have also helped us build out an analytics layer that we can add to future campaigns as well. There were some quirks with how certain features work when compared to other tools, but they made accommodations quickly enough. The biggest benefit of PXSP thus far is their willingness to assist beyond simply setting something up or running a campaign; there really could be any number of scenarios where you don't need full-time help from someone in order to get started, and PXSP will provide guidance no matter what your level of expertise - whether novice or expert - might be! Great customer service and quick response time. Their UI/UX team was able to create new dashboards without making changes to existing ones, which saved us significant man hours of manual labor. As an agency building out its own cloud CRM / Marketing.
