Perfect Mascara
This is the best mascara I have ever used! Adds length and density to my lashes and also dissolves easily in warm water. I love that I don't have to use makeup remover. I don't get raccoon eyes when I get wet either. Flaking is minimal and doesn't seem to happen all that much until the tube begins to age.
