Save time, LOTS of time.
This tool is a must if you want to replace the bottom of the boat yourself. After many hours of struggling with the exhaust pipe, I purchased this tool and it only took me a minute to install the base. In my opinion, the tool paid for itself from the first use. A highly recommended purchase.
