My son was delighted when these shoes arrived in the mail. My son doesn't use the wheels provided because I've decided I don't want him to hurt himself. The shoes are stiff rather than soft, like you can push down to feel where your toe is. But this is a plus in shoes, in my opinion. They don't pick up much dirt when he's playing outside, which is another plus. Overall the shoes with or without wheels were a great purchase. It's great that they give you the choice as a buyer. They were a little pricey, but all the positive features the shoe has to offer justify the price. Thank you Heelys for making my son so happy and thank you Revain for delivering them!
