I wasn't sure how well they would work. They have much smaller openings than the screen that came with my dehydrator. I have dried strawberries, mangoes, peaches, kiwis and I have to say that they are better than plastic nets because they are much easier to detach from fruit slices after drying. Herbs so they don't get blown off the trays when the fan is running. Which, by the way, works great! Remember that silicone is flexible. With the hard plastic frames they sit in, that's not a problem. Also, they are easy to store when folded.
