First off, these were cute boots and were fully lined inside! On the downside, I felt like they ran big. I'm a true 7, which I ordered, but unless you wear thick socks or tie the laces really tight there was some wiggle room. The plastic around the top looked a little bit cheap, but the thing that made me return there was that they squeeked with every step! Maybe once you break them in they won't, but I had planned to take them on a work trip and didn't want to squeek everytime I moved because we plan to do a lot of walking/moving. Also, the packaging was very poor! They were in a plastic bag with what looked like shipping tape wrapped around them. I'm not sure if this is standard, but it wasn't the best first impression.
