Like fiberglass

If I had time to wait for delivery I would buy another item. What I got with it FUCKED my life and made me question my sanity. Not only is this foam uncomfortable and easily breaks into pieces, these pieces are jagged hard material similar to fiberglass. I checked out a few other reviews to see if this has happened to anyone else and while nothing came up I'm pretty sure that foam (or rather foam particles) is to blame. Path. About an hour later I developed red, irritated skin and pimple-like but hard bumps on my arms, legs and neck/chest where my clothes weren't protecting my skin. (Trigger Alert: Nausea) The bumps went up to white pus-filled heads. As I pushed out the bump and felt for the hard material causing the inflammation, I used tweezers to pull out tiny, crisp, jagged bits that looked like glass or something. In trying to rule out foam as the culprit I couldn't as the problem didn't occur outside of the foam work and even after boxing up the foam I had itch handling the mesh and the artificial plants that came in contact with it. I used duct tape and a shower to wash off the remaining particles but it was too late. For the next 1-2 days I was still itchy and uncomfortable and I was crazy until I put on kitchen gloves and grabbed and threw the shit away. How should I know!? I'm not a florist, but after watching videos and reading reviews it didn't seem like you normally have to dress and wear gloves to handle floral foam. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing accident, but I strongly recommend everyone to AVOID this product, even if it's just for the quality.

Pros
  • flower arrangement
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
