They work well, but proper installation and constant inspection are critical. I did a good job installing the kit 3 years ago but now I have 2 fixing errors and water damage to the roof. It can be patched. I have a rubber roof. If possible, do not cut into the rubber membrane. My membrane didn't seem to be very firmly bonded to the OSB base, so I cut off the part under the bracket to improve the bond with Sika 215. This glue cracked enough over time to let water through. He was almost invisible. I didn't expect the seal to fail. However, my roof is not completely flat, so the brackets failed. I also screwed all the fasteners to the roof. I think vibration while driving or on rough roads can also cause the glue to fail.
