Review on BikeMaster Removable Heated Grip Covers for Enhanced Comfort and Performance (AM112012) by Brett Slater

First of all they are great so don't mind 4 stars. I just received a second set for my other bike. To be completely honest, they are not perfect. I really wish they were: 1) taller ie slightly wider and 20-30% longer so they actually wrap around the grip of a 1" handlebar. Otherwise you have to fiddle a little with the installation, especially on the throttle side, so that in the normal driving position of the throttle the hand and not the air around the throttle gets warm. This part only covers about 1/2 of the area around the circumference. So you have to balance the coverage between your palm and fingers and get it right or you won't get heat. rubber grips (which I've always had issues with, including slipping and breaking wires), the cable coming out of them is quite stiff, and while it's fine on my cruiser, on my sport bike it interferes with my turn signal switch and turn signal high beam. Again, since they're a bit short, there's not much you can do with them. don't, or you'll heat the air, not your hand. So this is bad, and if they fix these issues with another version, I'll jump right in and replace what I have. Other than that they are pretty good and the first pair lasted about 2 years and still work. Got a second pair for a second bike. They don't slip, hold up, heat up quite quickly and warm your hands even with thick gloves. And unlike the cheap ones I had before, these are still working fine after 2 years.
