Media could not be loaded. Do not do that! Pet vacuum cleaner that won't pick up hair from carpets and get clogged with hair! I switched from a wired shark to this one as I was tired of pulling pet hair out of my old shark's hammer. This "Pet Pro" model is said to have an anti-twist screen to prevent hair frizz, so I thought it would be a great upgrade. Suction power is good, manoeuvrability, and wireless aspects are quite good. But it doesn't remove dog hair from my carpets and it occasionally gets clogged with hair and/or debris and then I have to turn it over and wrap my fingers around the whisk and hose to manually unclog the clog, and sadly almost everyone has to Times to be made when I suck. Big disappointment. If you have a hairy dog, this vacuum is NOT for you unless you like shaggy carpets and stick your fingers deep in the vacuum to pick up clumps of hair and dust. I called Shark and they were useless; You tried to replace the battery, but since there is no hair buildup or clogging, replacing the battery would be useless. Revain charges me a lot for the refill, but it's better than nothing. If you have pets, DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM CLEANER. Paper weight would be better.
